Our team goes above and beyond to ensure that each patient has access to luxurious care and quality service. We understand that trust is earned; it is not something you can buy or take from someone else. We pride ourselves on creating a safe environment where we get to know our patients before any decisions are made on their treatment plan.

I was born In Hawaii and raised in Jacksonville, FL, where I consider my hometown -DUUUVAL! My parents immigrated from Vietnam making me a proud first generation American. Seeing first hand how my parents made something out of nothing always fueled and inspired me. I grew up working in their businesses, where I admired the opportunities my parents provided for others. After graduating from NSU Dental School in 2017, I moved back to Jacksonville because of the support this city has shown my family for decades.

My early stages of practicing dentistry consisted of the bread and butter of dentistry and patient care. I realized my patients had pain points no one else intentionally tried to resolve -it was the basics that no one took out the time to share, from brushing to flossing. I really honed in on actively listening, getting to know my patients daily habits, and their lifestyle goals. I wanted to do more than “drill and fill,” I wanted to be part of their lifestyle changes for the long-term. It’s fulfilling to see how God gave me certain tools to help heal such small parts of my patient’s lives but how impactful it is in the bigger picture of their personal and professional lives.

I decided to continue my education in neuromodulator (Botox) and dermal filler training with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics when I found myself experiencing the same symptoms many of my patients were struggling with. I clench my teeth and so many of my patients suffer from facial pain not directly caused by the teeth themselves; I felt limited with with the treatment options I learned in dental school leading me to continue onto upper level training to comprehensively treatment plan for my patients to get to an ideal goal.

My treatment plans consist of targeting any foundational gum issues, restoring any cavities and cracks, aligning and balancing how my patient’s teeth come together, cosmetic porcelain veneers, and the framework of it all with injectable services like Botox, fillers, and PDO threads. As I gained a passion for this area of my practice, I asked myself, “how do I help more people with the limited time and physical barriers I have?” The answer to that was to onboard as a faculty instructor for the AAFE, travel to teach other dentists, doctors, and nurses, to spread the knowledge and skills to help more patients across the nation. From there, I am able to truly help patients make lifestyle changes and minimize facial pain and headaches that keep them from living their fullest life.

The challenges on my journey did not stop me from building out a practice that encompasses values that not only align with mine but also with my patients. I’ve created (with tremendous help) an atmosphere of excellence in dentistry, where patient-dentist relationships are based on education, encouragement, and empowerment, motivating each person to achieve their fullest potential in life. I strive to go above and beyond what is expected from me as a practitioner by staying up-to-date on studies, techniques, materials, and technologies -when you know better, you do better.

Personal and professional lessons have given me the valuable insight needed to better understand how best to meet my patient’s needs and treat them as a human because I’ve been treated with the same grace on my own journey. No matter who or where you come from we all need our smile -both esthetically and medically -to live a balanced and healthy life feeling beautiful and confident.

My desire to improve lives goes beyond dentistry. I want to see everyone around me living out their fullest lives. My balanced life consists of growing as a leader in my businesses, serving my patients, and indulging in quality time with my friends and family as I travel, eat, hike, and snowboard my way through the world. It’s not what you’re doing or where you’re at, it’s the company you experience it with. Thanks for doing life with me!

I’m a first generation born American to two Vietnamese immigrants. My parents left Vietnam to escape war and pursue the American Dream. My parents gave me and my siblings endless opportunities by just having us in America, opportunities that were not available in Vietnam. I was born in Fernandina Beach, FL in 1990 and raised in Jacksonville, FL. I knew growing up that I wanted to help others but I didn’t know how. My journey into this career was not what I dreamed of as a child, but more. With no member of my family in the healthcare field, I never imagined my journey would take me here.

I received my Associates of Science in Nursing at Florida State College of Jacksonville and worked in the Emergency Department since I graduated in 2019. I went on the earn my Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of West Florida in 2021. Stopping at my Bachelor’s was not enough because it did not provide me with the means to help patients to the extent that I wanted to so I went to graduate school and earned my Masters of Science in Nursing and became a board certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine in 2023.

Having been a nurse in the Emergency Department for the past four years, I have been there for patients and their loved ones at their worst and during times of loss. It was a privilege to be able to be there in these critical and vulnerable times in others’ lives, but it was time to close this chapter and find my calling in helping others in a different way.

I believe in helping others and contributing to my community in positive ways which brought me here to Le Dental Spa. I was a patient at Le Dental Spa before working here and received Botox injections for at least a year. I remembered how I glowed and how happy I felt from just receiving this esthetic treatment and it dawned on me that this was how I wanted my patients to feel. I have been studying and training under Dr. Le and strive to continuously expand my knowledge in esthetics to provide non-surgical treatments to help patients feel their best.

Greetings, I’m Alex, a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant fueled by a genuine passion for dentistry. From a young age, I’ve always been intrigued by the world of dentistry, and my journey led me to pursue my dream of becoming a dental professional. I poured my heart and soul into my education and training, and finally, I emerged as a skilled and certified Dental Assistant. There’s something magical about the way a smile can transform a person’s confidence and well-being, and I’m honored to play a part in that transformation. Whether I’m preparing the treatment room, sterilizing equipment, or assisting during procedures, I’m fully invested in ensuring our patients have a comfortable and positive experience. My journey led me to become a certified Dental Assistant at Le Dental Spa, where each day is an exciting adventure. Outside work, I embrace life’s balance through spending time with my friends and family. So, that’s a glimpse into my world! Here’s to brighter smiles, wonderful friendships, and a career that fills my heart with purpose every single day.

Dr. Pauline Le graduates from NSU dental school and
starts envisioning her dream practice.

2018

Planning begins for Le Dental Spa.

2019

Dr. Le becomes faculty instructor with AAFE traveling nationwide to teach other doctors, dentists, and nurses facial esthetic injectable techniques.

Breaks ground and starts construction on Le Dental Spa office.

2020

Le Dental Spa launches a successful grand opening and red ribbon cutting.

Continues to welcome and serve valuable and inspiring patients like you!

Continues to provide "rise over run" kits for the Daniel Kid's Foundation to help teens transition into independent living with your help!
